Tummy tuck exercises two weeks after giving birth

The nine months of pregnancy can leave you with a plump baby, but they can also leave you with a swollen belly. To get rid of this belly and restore the appearance before pregnancy and childbirth, “Fitness24h” advises you to follow a healthy lifestyle and a healthy diet, and also invites you to practice these exercises that will tighten your abdominal muscles with a tangible result in two weeks:

  • Lie on your back with knees bent. Then try to raise your head while tightening the abdominal and pelvic muscles while tightening the buttocks. Hold this position for ten seconds before returning to your starting position. Repeat this exercise five times and gradually increase the number day by day.
  • Lie on the floor and bend your knees apart and bring them close to your chest. Then raise your arms between your knees, and also raise your head and shoulders. Hold this position for 5 seconds. Repeat the exercise ten times, then gradually increase the number.
  • Lie on your back and raise your feet slightly while holding the edges of the bed firmly. Slowly bend your knees and raise them up as you exhale, then return to the position you were in at the beginning with the inhale. Repeat the exercise 4 times.
  • Lie on the floor and swallow your stomach. Bring your knees close to your chest while they are fixed. Raise your arms slightly at your side. With your chin on your chest, lift your head and shoulders off the ground and bring your forehead closer to your knees. Return to your basic position and repeat the exercise ten times, gradually increasing the number day by day.
  • Squat on the floor and raise your arms above your head. Lean forward while tensing your abdominal muscles and keeping your buttocks on the floor, until your head touches the floor. Breathe well and hold this position for about 20 seconds.
  • Lie on your back with your knees bent, then lift your feet off the floor toward your stomach. Repeat the exercise 5 times and then relax.
